FRANCE

On November 28, 2018 I followed my lifelong dream to go visit Paris, France to see the Eiffel Tower. I have waited for this moment since I was 5 years old. I arrived to France and took a 30 minute train ride to the middle of Paris, where the Eiffel Tower is located. I got off of the train and have never been more excited in my life! I rolled my luggage behind me and finally got to the street. My eyes were wondering everywhere, *mostly because my vision still wasn't adjusted from the plane and train* but also because I couldn't wait to lock vision with one of the most famous landmarks in the world. I finally saw it....I stood there for a solid 10 minutes in awe. I couldn't believe that I was finally in Paris. I wheeled me Luggage towards the Eiffel Tower as the night sky began to appear. I begin to rush in panic that I wouldn't be able to see it in the dark, and suddenly the most magically thing happened... The Eiffel Tower lit up and began to twinkle. I could not believe this beauty. I was not aware that the Tower even lit up, let alone twinkled. When I arrived under the Eiffel Tower I was so overwhelmed, I began to tear up. My dream had came true and I was so happy beyond belief. I never thought I would be able to see this sight and it had finally happened. I found the most cozy spot on the ground to sit on and watch the lights of the tower glow in the dark night for the next hour.

 

France was so much walking so I made sure to bring my walking shoes to go visit museums, architecture, and sites. The Louvre Museum was one of my favorites. Little did I know, Mona Lisa resided here, *who knew?!* I spent a good five hours walking around looking at all the art and history. I can't wait to come back to visit Versailles.
