LISBON, OHIO

On August 7, 2020 my hunnie and I took off to Ohio for our unplugged experience with https://getaway.house — these tiny home cabins will allow you to unwind and connect with the woods as your entire bedroom is one gigantic window that outlooks the tall pines. Lisbon, Ohio is a great location for this experience because the town is a quaint, country getaway in the middle of nowhere. Brandon and I enjoyed our nights playing phase ten by the campfire while our phones were put away in the phone lockbox. Getaway house does not miss any touches. The campfire kit, s’mores kit, stove top, supplied utensils & pots, and of course the luxury pillow top bed out looking the forest. 

 

While in Lisbon, brandon and I were also able to visit Dillion fruit farm for a short blueberry picking experience. We also enjoyed the local Tipsy Farmer Winery for some sweet wine! Although we did cook all of our meals on the campfire, we took one night to go enjoy the close by Casa Steak Smokehouse. 

 

What a great getaway experience into the wild to enjoy each other and Mother Nature.
