NASHVILLE, TN

On January 30, 2021 we packed up our cowboy boots and drove down to Nashville for some good eats, country music, ice skating, and booze cruisin’. (All social distancing practices)

Going to Nashville during COVID was definitely a change from having packed bars in the honky tonks to spread out tables while listening to some local talent. Nether the less it was still a blast and we had so much fun together exploring Gaylord Opryland and going on a carriage ride through the campus. They also offered ice skating with downhill sledding and nice little fire pits to take breaks.

We stayed at 21C Hotels right in the heart of downtown. The whole hotel is an art exhibit and has a museum you can walk around to look at all the pieces. 21C even has artist rooms that allow you to paint in the rooms to contribute to the decor of the room!!!!! We so had a blast leaving our mark in one of these rooms!!! We also splurged on the rooftop penthouse and had endless mimosas and room service to just relax and enjoy each other’s company.   21C has a 5 star restaurant attached to it called Gray & Dudleys and they have amazing food and tiny plates!

Every night we decided to get a lime scooter and stroll through Nash Vegas to see some entertainment and listen to live music. We also fell in love with a local breakfast joint called Biscuit Love- we got the Nashville hot chicken biscuit with gravy poured on top!! SO GOOD. White limousine rooftop bar and restaurant is a must eat also. Their cocktails are delicious and the shrimp cocktail is the best I’ve ever had!!!

Nashville is always an easy fun trip to take but this one was a little more special.

XOXO,

Jase
